Important Merger News
On November 10, 2011 UCF Federal Credit Union officially
merged with
CFE Federal Credit Union, uniting two credit unions who share a
heritage of service to education in Central Florida. Moving forward
as one team, we remain committed to serving your financial
needs.
At this time, we want to help our
members prepare for a very important event that is fast
approaching. On February 29, 2012 system conversions will be
taking place at all UCF FCU branches. Because of this,
beginning
February 28, at 5pm members will not have access to online banking,
bill pay, and Knightline. In addition, UCF FCU branches
will be closed Wednesday, February 29. Although we
anticipate a quick and successful conversion, we apologize in
advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
All services will be restored on March
1, at 9am and then UCF FCU members will be able to enjoy all of the
expanded benefits of membership with CFE, including access to CFE's
branch locations, mobile banking, online banking, and shared
branching. Member communications will be sent in the coming weeks,
explaining individual member account changes. Please note we
will never request personal account information over the phone or
online. We have created a merger site with answers to
many of your frequently asked questions.
